How we Operate

My City Pod™ is an online marketplace for arranging or offering temporary accommodation, primarily homestays. We are a provider of accommodation, as well as a broker receiving commissions from each booking. The commission is only charged to hosts, not guests.

How it works

Step 1- Search for accommodation by entering your location, dates of stay and number of guests.


Step 2- When you find a property that meets your requirements, you can send a request to speak to the Host or book instantly if the option is available.


Step 3- When the Host approves your booking request, you simply enter your credit/ debit card details to make payment.



For Homeowners & Property Managers

My City Pod takes away the hassle of renting your property on a short term basis. We take care of everything from guest acquisition to payments and guest arrivals. Our services are transparent and our pricing is simple. We charge monthly fees from £300 per month/ property, depending on size and location.
